About Mr. Paul Benedict Utulu

Mr Paul Benedict Utulu was employed into the services of the University of Calabar in 2013 as Research Assistant into the Institute of Public Policy and Administration. He was promoted to the rank of Assistant Research Fellow in 2016. Mt Utulu holds a Diploma in Personnel Management (1999), B. Sc. (Hons) degree in Policy Studies and Administration (2003) and M.Sc. degree in Political Sciencewith specialization in Policy and Administrative Studies (2016), all from the University of Calabar, Nigeria. His major areas of research include Political Economy and Public Policy Analysis. Mr Utulu has been teaching, researching and assisting in the graduation of students. He has served as Coordinator of some academic programmes in the Institute like the Diploma in Local Government Administration (2015 -2016) Public Administration (2016 till date) programmes. He has also represented the Institute as Institute Representative to the Faculties of Law (2013-2015), Centre for Educational Services (2016-2017) and Medicine (2018 till date). Mr Utulu has attended many conferences where he made presentations. He has authored and co-authored many journal articles in peer reviewed journals.
