About Dr. Ubi Ubi Omini

Dr. Ubi Ubi Omini commenced his teaching career with the prestigious St Patrick Technical College, Ugep in Yakurr Local Government Area of Cross River State, Nigeria. He taught in the school from 2011 to 2015. He also taught as a part-time lecturer in African Thinkers College of Education (ATCOE), Enugu State, Abini Study Center, Biase Local Government Area, Cross River State, from 2014 to 2016. Currently he is an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Public Administration, Faculty of Management Sciences, University of Calabar. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Policy Studies and Administration (Second Class Upper Division), Masters Degree in Public Administration and Doctor of Philosophy in Public Administration with specialization in Development Administration, Human Resource Management, Local Government Studies and Public Policy. Dr Ubi Ubi Omini is a reputable and global scholar with publications in Peer- reviewed journals of national and international status. He is currently the examination officer of the Department. He represented Cross River State in African Union Youth Volunteer Corps (AUYVC) and was issued the Certificate of Completion for Pre-Deployment Training and Orientation, African Union. He has various awards to his credit, among which are Award of Excellence by Nigerian Union of Campus Journalist (NUCJ), University of Calabar Chapter, Post Graduate Student Government, Conferment of the Order, Alimonguno Republic, University of Calabar and Best Behaved Post Graduate Student, 2019.
