EmailDr. Samuel Okpon Ekaette is an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Educational Administration and Planning, University of Calabar, Calabar, Nigeria. He joined the University of Calabar as a Graduate Assistant in 2013. His academic qualifications are B.Ed (Economics Elective) in 2008, M.Ed (Economics of Education) in 2015 and Ph.D (Economics of Education) in 2019 all from the University of Calabar. He has supervised many undergraduate research work and has attended several local academic conferences and presented papers. Dr Ekaette has made over ten publications spread across both local and international per reviewed Journals. He is currently serving the Department as Examinations Officer and in several other adhoc committees including Secretary, Departmental Accreditation Committee, Member, Departmental Result Vetting Committee and so on. He is a member of Nigerian Association Educational Administration and Planning, Commonwealth Council for Educational Administration and Management and Teachers’ Registration Council of Nigeria. He is married with children.
