EmailMrs. Rita Ebong’s voyage to a seasoned administrator with over eight years’ experience with proven ability in helping organizations achieve and exceed set targets started right after series of events and stages in her life had passed by. Such included her primary education in Enugu succeeded by her relocation to Aba when her father was transferred, forcing the family to move locations. She graduated shortly after with a first school leaving certificate, worked hard and got into her secondary level of education thereafter her tertiary level of education after working even harder. As soon as she was done with her education, she left for service in Kano state and completed it in the year 1999 which was the same year she met someone whom she eventually got married to and is still happily married to till this day with the inclusion of three children to the family. Still feeling quite ambitious, she decided to pursue a career and worked as an administrative officer with Dual Engineering Services in 2006 but previously pursued a post graduate diploma in management as at 2004, and subsequently a Master in business administration in 2008 from the same university known as the University of Calabar, where she attended a few conferences upon being employed and participated actively in each of such conferences. Therefore producing an administrator that is detail-to-dot-oriented, with excellent communication and negotiation skills that have enhanced interactions and network with people from different backgrounds and cultures, with the view of delivering quality service to clients, while maintaining personal integrity and organizational ethics.
