Dr Paul C. Inyang-Etoh was employed as Assistant Lecturer by University of Calabar in April, 2004. He rose through the ranks until he became an Associate Professor in 2015. He is a Fellow of Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria. He is a holder of M.Sc. (2003) and PhD (2006) degrees from the University of Calabar. His main area of specialisation is Medical Microbiology and Parasitology with research interest in Helminthology with particular focus on schistosomiasis. Dr Inyang-Etoh is involved in full time lecturing in the Department of Medical Laboratory Science with Project supervision at both undergraduate (BMLS) and post graduate levels. He is also a part time lecturer in the Departments of Public Health, and Radiography & Radiological Science, University of Calabar, Calabar-Nigeria. He has acquire through bench practice and research valuable experiences in Medical Laboratory Science. Paul has successfully supervised five M.Sc. and seventeen PGD students. He has attended and presented papers in many workshops and conferences within and outside Nigeria. He has published over papers in both local and foreign peer review journals. He has been serving many local and international academic journal outfits as reviewer. Dr Paul Inyang-Etoh is a member of many professional bodies including Association of Medical Laboratory Scientist of Nigeria and American Society of Microbiologists. He loves swimming, travelling and playing table tennis. Dr Inyang-Etoh is happily married with children.
