EmailDr (Mrs) Nkoyo Bassey Edem is an Associate Professor of Library and Information Science and currently the University Librarian, University of Calabar, Calabar. She is a holder of B.Sc ( Fisheries), MLS and Ph.D in Library and Information Science. Dr Edem has co-authored books, book chapters in referred texts and more than forty articles in scholarly and professional journals. She is a Certified Librarian of Nigeria ( CLN ) and a member of the Nigerian Library Association ( NLA ). She teaches, research and consults in areas like application of ICTs in Library operations, reference services, collection management in the digital era as well as user's studies. She is happily married with Children.
