Prof Joshua is a renounced professor of education (Research ,Measurement,Evaluation of STEM) with initial background in Technical/Technology Evaluation. He teaches courses in educational statistics , research measurement and evaluation to undergraduate and postgraduate students in the university and beyond . he has successfully supervised 28 doctoral distinctions as chief or second supervisor and 32 masters degree theses. he has published six text books and 16 book chapters,95 refeerced journal papers and several conference papers.he has served as consultant to many bodies including international associations for educational assessment (IAED)and assocciation for educational assessment in Africa(AEAA)and as external examination in many universities in nigeria and beyond. he is past registrar of national examination council (NECO) and excecutive secretary of national communication for colleges of education (NCCE) all in nigeria.
