I am Dr Fidelis Edom Obo from Ababene in Obubra LGA. I am 59 years old. I had my first degree, Masters and Ph.D degrees all in UNICAL. My area of specialization is Measurement & Evaluation. I retired from the Cross River State Civil Service in 2004 where I served in various capacities including Secondary School Math teacher/principal, Math Lecturer, Oyo State College of Education, Director-General and Permanent Secretary. I am a serving Contract Lecturer since 2013 in the Dept of Educational Foundations (formally known as Educational Foundations, Guidance & Counselling). Thanks.
