About Dr. Ekpenyong Bassey Obo

Dr Ekpenyong Bassey Obo is a Lecturer 1 in the Department of Business Management, Faculty of Management Sciences, University of Calabar, Calabar. He holds a Ph.D degree in Organization Development and Change from University of Calabar (2018). He joined the services of the University in 2008 as Assistant Lecturer and rose to the rank of Lecturer I in 2015.Since joining the University, he has been teaching and contributing to the graduation of students in the University. He has served as Examinations Officer for undergraduate Programme between 2009 and 2015. He is a goal getter and team player. He has participated in various research activities in the past sixteen years of his stay in the Department. Dr Obo's area of specialization is Organization Development and Change, with a strong interest in operation research and change management. He has successfully supervised one graduate student. He has several peer review journal publications in reputable local and international journals. He has attended many conferences, seminars and workshops. Dr Obo is also is a member of the following professional bodies Nigerian Institute for Training and Development, Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria and Academy of Management Nigeria.
