Ekpe, O. Ekpe was born in Adim Town, Biase Local Government Area, Cross River State, Nigeria. He graduated from the University of Calabar, Calabar with a B.Sc (2nd class upper) and M.Sc in Business Management, and currently undergoing a Ph.D Programme in Human Resource Management, Ebony, State University Abakaliki. He has gained wide experience in Human resource management practice, teaching and research. He has presented papers in seminars and conferences and published a number of articles in scholarly journals. He is currently a lecturer in the Department of Business Management at the faculty of Management Sciences University of Calabar, Calabar.
