About Dr. Devalsam Imoke Eni

Dr. EnI, Davalsam Imoke was employed into the University of Calabar on the 19th of August, 2008. He attended the following schools and obtained certificates as follows, Kadana International Nursery School, Calabar, First School Leaving Certificate (FSLC) 1987, Comprehensive Secondary School, Senior Secondary Certificate (SSCE), 1994, University of Calabar, Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) Geology, University of Calabar, Masters of Science (M.Sc) Geography and Environmental Sciences, 2006 and University of Calabar, Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) Hydrology and Geomorphological Studies 2010. He teaches courses in hydrology in the Department of Environmental Resource Management in the Faculty of Environmental Sciences. He has under taken several talks on the Impact of Climate Change on the Hydrological Regime of Calabar Metropolis. He is one of the reviewers in the multi-disciplinary journal of research and development perspective. He has supervised and mentored one Ph.D student with six masters to his credit. He is presently supervising and mentoring four master’s students in the department of Environmental Resource Management. He has attended the following Conferences, third Interdisciplinary International Conference, University of Ibadan, 2014, First World Environmental Day Conference, University of Calabar, 2017, 8th International Conference of Nigeria Association of Hydrological Science (NAHS), Abuja and recently U6+ International Conference held at University of Calabar, 2019. He was actively involved in the organizing the first World Environmental Day Conference in 2017 hosted and held at the University of Calabar, Nigeria. He is a member of National Association of Environmental Sciences and Nigeria Association of Hydrological Sciences. Presently, he is undertaking Community Service in Flood Disaster Management at Biase Local Government Area and also has several publications in local and international journals to his credit. .
