About Dr. Costly Manyo Erim

Dr. Costly Manyo Erim hails from Nsofang in Etung Local Government Area of Cross River State. A lecturer in the Department of Continuing Education and Development studies, Faculty of Education, University of Calabar. She holds a First degree in 2001, M.Ed in 2009 and a Ph.D in 2014 from the University of Calabar. Dr (Mrs) Erim joined the services of University of Calabar in 2008 as Graduate Assistant and rose to the rank of lecturer 1 in 2016. Since then, she has been teaching, researching, and contributing to the graduation of undergraduate students in the department. Currently, she is supervising and co-supervising graduate students in the said department. She has served in various capacities in the department and faculty which include; Member, Faculty of Education welfare committee 2012-2014. CES coordinator 2013-2016 and member, Faculty visibility and ranking committee 2019. Dr. (Mrs) Erim is a member of Teachers registration council and Nigerian National Council for Adult Education. She has attended many international and local conferences where she made presentations. She has also published many articles in reputable local and international journals. She is happily married and blessed with children.
