About Prof. Christopher Adams Eneji

Christopher Adams Eneji, Born on the 25th of April, 1950 in Ogoja, Cross River State of Nigeria. Schooled in Saint Benedict's Primary School Ogoja and St. Christopher's Primary School, Abuochiche, Bekwarra. Attended Mary Knoll Secondary and Higher School in Okuku-Yala Local Government Area. He attended attended University of Horticulture, Budapest Hungary. Eneji holds W.A.S.C, HSC/AL (GCE): B.Sc.(Hons), M.Sc and Ph.D in Food Science and Technology (Budapest). He lectured in Federal Polytechnic Kaduna and Mubi, and transferred his service to the University of Calabar in 1995. He was Sub Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture, HOD of Animal Science and currently HOD of Food Science and Technology and also a Professor of Food Science and Technology, with thirty-three reputable journal publications to his credit.
