Angrey, Cecilia Undie is an academic staff (Assistant Lecturer) in the Department of Library and Information Science in the University of Calabar, Calabar. She holds several degrees including MLS and B.Ed in Library and Information Science, B. Ed (Elementary Education) and Nigeria Certificate in Education certificate in (Business Education) from The Polytechnic Calabar. She is a certified teacher having a Certificate of Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria, a certified Librarian with Librarian’s Registration Council of Nigeria and a member of Nigerian Library Association. She has published several articles in both local and international journals.
