About Dr. Uchechukwu Wilson Nwosu

Dr. Uchechukwu Wilson Nwosu is a Researcher and Lecturer, Institute of Public Policy and Administration, University of Calabar, Calabar-Nigeria. He holds a bachelor in law degree from University of Calabar (1997) and was latter, awarded a Ph.D in Industrial Sociology (2014) by the same University. Dr Nwosu also holds a masters degree in Human Rights Law and a Postgraduate Diploma in Environmental Education. He joined the services of the University of Calabar in 2008 as an Assistant Lecturer is presently a Lecturer II in the Institute of Public Policy and Administration. He has been teaching and contributing to the graduation of students in the Institute of Public Policy and Administration. Dr Nwosu has served the University in many capacities including Coordinator, Diploma in Personnel Management Programme. As a distinguished scholar with sterling record of performance, Dr. Nwosu has authored several local and international peer review Journal Articles in the fields of Law and Sociology. He has also attended many local and international conferences where he has made presentations. He has equally written Law books among which are 'Environmental Law: The Nigerian Situation, Business Law in Nigeria: Contemporary Issues and Concepts and The Practice of Administrative Law in Nigeria. Dr. Nwosu is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, International Bar Association, a 'Paul Harris Fellow' and past President, Rotary International. He served as Legislative Adviser to the President of the Pan-African Parliament from 2012 till 2015. He is married with children.
