She holds a B.Sc. degree in Sociology (2008), from the University of Calabar and M.Sc. degree (2014) in Sociology (Sociology of Crime) from the University of Lagos. She is a quintessentially erudite scholar and has publication in both Local and International Journal to her credit. She is a member of professional bodies which includes Nigerian Anthropological and Sociological Association and International Sociological Association.
