About Mrs. Stella Uchechukwu Okeke

Mrs Stella Uchechukwu Okeke is an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Social Science Education at the University of Calabar. She holds an Ordinary National Diploma and Higher National Diploma in Marketing awarded to her by the Federal Polytechnic, Oko, Anambra State 19997 and 1999, respectively and B.Sc. degree in Economics from the National Open University of Nigeria (2021). The University of Calabar awarded her a Postgraduate Diploma certificate in Education (2004) and a Master’s degree in Social Science Education (2017). Her research interests include teaching, economics and social studies education, value education, family life and gender studies. She has published over fifteen scholarly researched articles in both local and international peer reviewed journals. She has attended many conferences where she made presentation. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing of Nigeria and a member of Teachers’ Registration Council of Nigeria. She is happily married with children.
