EmailDr. Inah Roland Afen is held from Bekwarra Local Government Area in Ubepa village. He bagged his Ph.D in Educational Administration and planning with specialty in Economics and Politics of Education, M.Ed same specialty, and B.Ed in Administration and Planning all in the University of Calabar. He is also a holder of N.C.E in English Language Federal College of Education Obudu. He is currently C.E.S exams officer. Upon employed into the University system, Dr. Roland as mentor some many students in the area of students’ unionism and he is an activist. He is a member of Nigerian Association for Educational Administration and Planning (NAEAP) and Member, Commonwealth Council for Educational Administration and Management (CCEAM).
