He hold a B.Sc in Business Management, Master of Science (M.Sc) in Business Management (Management), and currently a Ph.D. Candidate in the Department of Business Management, University of Calabar, Calabar. His research focuses on occupational health and safety policy management. He is also interested in Human Resource Management. He has been involved in teaching, research and community services in University of Calabar. He has many publications and conference paper to his credit.
