EmailMichael Obun Etan hails from Iko Esai in Akamkpa Local Government Area, Cross River State. He attended St John’s Catholic Primary School and Government Secondary School both in Akamkpa He obtained his first school leaving certificate in 1991, and senior secondary school certificate in 2003. He proceeded to the then polytechnic calabar where he obtained his National Diploma in computer Science. He further proceeded to the University of Calabar where he obtained a B.sc in computer science, post graduate diploma in environmental education, a master Degree in environmental education and a Ph.D degree in curriculum and instruction, faculty of Education, University of Calabar, Calabar. He was employed on the 22nd of February, 2016 in Institute of education as “Assistant Research Fellow†in the University of Calabar, Calabar. He has taught for about four years now in the University of Calabar. He has held several positions, in institute of education, including academic adviser, student staff adviser, and assistant examination officer from 2016 till date. He belongs to Professional Associations and bodies both local and international. Etan has attended several conferences and has published in local journal in his area of specialization. His research interest is in Curriculum and Instruction.
