EmailDr. Mercy Egbai Egbai is a Lecturer in the Department of Educational Management, University of Calabar, Calabar, Nigeria. She holds an N.C.E in Environmental Education from Cross River State College of Education, a B.Ed (Hons) degree in Educational Administration and Planning (Economics), an M.Ed degree in Educational Administration and Planning (Educational Administration and Supervision) from the University of Calabar, and a Ph.D. degree in Educational Management (Educational Administration and Supervision). She joined the services of the University of Calabarin 2010 as a Graduate Assistant in the Department of Educational Management. She has taught several courses and carried out undergraduate project supervision over the years in the University. Dr. Egbai is a member of the Nigerian Association of Educational Administration and Planning, Commonwealth Council for Educational Administration and Management, Teachers’ Registration Council of Nigeria, and has attended several international and local conferences. She is highly analytical with Planning, Supervision, and Organising Skills, articulate, self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure with or no supervision. Mercy has a great passion for research work with a particular interest in the studies of Educational Supervision.
