EmailDr. (Mrs) Mary Anike Sule hails from Akure South Local Government Area of Ondo State. A lecturer in the Department of Educational Management, Faculty of Education, University of Calabar, Calabar. She had her first appointment with the State Secondary Education Board in Cross River State where she rose to the rank of Mistress I before transferring her services to University of Calabar in 15th August, 1995 as Graduate Assistant. She rose through ranks and was promoted Associate Professor in 1st October, 2016. Since then, she has also been teaching, researching and contributing to the graduation of both undergraduate and post graduate students in the University. She holds a bachelor of education degree in Elementary Education (1998), M.Ed. (2002) and Ph.D. (2010) degrees in Educational Administration & Supervision, all from University of Calabar. Dr. Mrs Mary Sule has received several awards of honour within university and community at large. She has been teaching various courses at both undergraduate and post graduate levels. She has successfully supervised and co-supervised six M.Eds and five Ph.Ds students. She has served in various capacities in the University including member, Faculty of Education Homecoming; Member, Faculty of Education Conference Organizing Committee; UME Examinations Officer, Faculty of Education Students’ Adviser; Welfare Chairman and Departmental CES Coordinator. She is a member of Nigeria Association for Educational Administration and Planning, member, National Association of Women Academics (Calabar Chapter), Commonwealth Council for Educational Administration and Management. Dr Mrs Sule has attended several local and international conferences where she presented academic papers and made useful contributions. She has over forty scholarly articles in reputable local and foreign peer reviewed journals. She is happily married and blessed with children.
