Inyang Etim Bassey was employed on the 16th of August, 2006 as a lecturer in the department of History and International studies, University of Calabar. She holds a B.A, M.A and Ph.D., all from the University of Calabar. She teaches African History and her research interest is in African History and Gender studies. She has attended several academic conferences, locally and internationally.
