She holds the following qualifications: First School Leaving Certificate (1986), The West African Senior Certificate (1991), Nigerian Certificate in Education (NCE) 1995, Bachelor Degree (B.Ed) in Education Administration (2000), Computer Application (1998), Master’s Degree (M.Ed) in Educational Administration and Planning (2012). She is a member of Teachers’ Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) and Association for Educational Administration and Planning (NAEAP). Ushie, Grace Ikil has contributed to a chapter in edited books. She has served the university in different capacities including a member, accreditation result vetting committee, Deputy Coordinator CES, Deputy Examination Officer (UME) and Examination Officer (CES ENGLISH). She interest is in Administration Planning and Early Childhood Education Development. Ushie, Grace Ikil hails from Kutiang Village, Obudu Local Government Area of Cross River State.
