EmailOjugbo Gabriel is a native of Yala Local Government Area of Cross River State, born on the 6th day of January, 1985. He was employed as an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Public Administration, University of Calabar in July 2018. Educationally, Ojugbo obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Public Administration and a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Public Administration (where he specializes in Local Government Administration) in the University of Calabar. Ojugbo Gabriel has taught several courses including Gender Studies, introduction to Constitutional Development, Intergovernmental Relations, Individual, Group and Society, Political Economy of Development and Underdevelopment, Challenges of Globalization in the 21st Century, Public Policy and Decision Making, Introduction to Political Science as well as Citizenship Education which is one of the GSS courses. With immense desire to improve his skills, Ojugbo has attendant several conferences and seminar such as International Conference on State and Development Challenges in Africa in the 21st Century; International Social Sciences Congress in the Age of Digital Transformation held 11-12 November 2022 Instanbul Turkiye Halic University as well as 3-days Online Early Career Research Workshop on Grant-Writing Skills held on September 20-22, 2022 organized by University of Calabar. Ojugbo has supervised several undergraduate students in both Public Administration and Policy and Administrative Studies Department. He has also published an article in AKSU Journal of Social Sciences as well as contributed in book chapter on Topical Issues in Nigerian Local Government Administration. He is currently working on several papers yet to be published. Ojugbo Gabriel is a determined, skillful and focused scholar opened for collaboration. He is a proud husband and father of two kids.
