EmailMr. Fidelis Takim Otu is a former school teacher, a health educator, and a lecturer in the Department of Public Health, Faculty of Allied Medical Sciences, University of Calabar, Calabar, Nigeria. He holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Microbiology, a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree, and a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Microbiology, all from the University of Calabar. He is currently studying for a doctorate in Health Education and Health Promotion in the Department of Public Health, University of Calabar, Calabar, Nigeria. Mr. Fidelis Takim Otu has authored and co-authored several articles in reputable international journals. His research interest covers a wide range of subjects including health promotion, sexual and reproductive health, antibiotic resistance, adolescent health, maternal health, infectious diseases among others.
