EmailMr. Fidelis Vershima Aberagi joined the services of the University of Calabar in 2019 as an Assistant Lecturer in the department of Soil Science. He holds a Bachelor of Agriculture in Crop/Soil Science from University of Agriculture Makurdi in 2008 and a Master of Science degree in Soil Microbiology and Biochemistry from University of Uyo in 2016. He is about completing his Ph.D in Soil Biology and Biochemistry with the University of Nigeria Nsukka. Mr. Fidelis has been teaching, researching and mentoring students in the university since he joined the university. His major area of research is soil microbiology. He has successfully published some journal articles in his area of research.
