He Was Employed In The University Of Calabar In The Year 2013 As An Administrative Staff In The Human Resource/Establishment Division, He Later Converted From Administrative Staff To Academic In 2019 As An Assistant Lecturer In The Department Of Vocational Education, Business Unit. He Holds A Senior School Certificate (SSCE) From Community Secondary Commercial School, Abu Ogbagante, Boki Local Government Area In 2002, A Bachelor Of Science Degree B Sc. (Ed) In Business Education (Accounting) From The University Of Calabar In 2010, A Master Of Science Degree M.Sc. (Ed) In Business Education (Office Education) From The Same University (UNICAL) In 2018 And A Ph.D. In View in Business Education (Office Technology/Management in Ebonyi State University, Abakalike. He Is A Member Of The Following Learned Societies: Association Of Business Education Of Nigeria (ABEN), Association Of Vocational And Technical Educators Of Nigeria (AVTEN), Association Of Nigeria Universities Professional Administrators (ANUPA), Teachers’ Registration Council Of Nigeria (TRCN). He Is A Regular Participant In Local And Foreign Conferences, Seminars And Workshops And Has Published Many Scholarly Articles And Book Chapter. He Has Been Deeply Involved In The Teaching, Research Mentoring Of Students And Has Supervised, Co Supervised And Examine Undergraduate Students Projects. Bessong Is Of The Christian Faith And A Believer In The Word Of God.
