Mr. DonJosiah S. Kalu is an articulate, humane,urbane, lone elusive “silent hunter” with an edged instinct, intuition, insight, imagination and intelligence. He is known for his confident, self-motivated, service oriented, proactive, enterprising, tenacity along with dedication, discipline, compassion, courage, character and resilience with an excellent team skills. He is a philosopher and a poet with a cumulative classroom teaching experience of over 10 years from 1992 to 2008. He joined Golden Neo Life Dynamite (GNLD) a United State Based Food Supplement and Pharmaceutical Company as an Independent Distributor, where he was trained in Network Marketing Strategies in 2008. He later left GNLD to join Ever Dynamic Marketing International (EDMARK) International a Philippines Based Food Supplement Company, and attended EDMARK two weeks System Training Programme (STP Batch B 2009 A Business Presentation Training) at Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria where he emerged as the best graduating students of his set and batch with an unprecedented record of 100% average. Meanwhile, while private practicing network marketing, he joined Zain Nigeria, a telecom company now Airtel as Admin and Stock Officer attached to a Zain Dealer Associate. He resigned in 2011 after Zain was acquired and re-branded to Airtel and later downsized its staff because of staff duplication. In 2014, he joined Family Health International (FHI360.org) an international NGO supported by USAID,SIDHAS and FGNigeria..An NGO focused on HIV/AIDS control and prevention. As a counsellor tester and HIV/AIDS service provider, he worked with an unbridled passion, went above and beyond the call of duty in the discharge of his duties. He was adjudged the most honest dedicated and industrious team player by the entire team of Uruan Team Beta, Akwa Ibom State. He tested over 3000 persons in the course of his service and had nearly 1000 reactive clients, who were tested and confirmed with Unigold or Statpack as the case may be. He voluntarily resigned his appointment on March 31, 2017 to give more attention to his wife and four children then residing at Calabar, Cross River State. He maintained the number one position as the Counselor Tester with the highest reactive clients each month for two consecutive years 2015 to 2017. Because of his passion driven service oriented attitude to work, his insistence on doing the right thing even if it mean standing alone at all cost, and his caring, honest, open and transparent dealing with clients and colleagues, his team Uruan LGA Team Beta mourned his resignation as all his team mate weep bitterly asking him not to leave the team. He started his quest for infinity of knowledge at Akoli Primary School 1 Aba-South LGA of Abia State,after his graduation in 1986, He got admission to the then Prestigious Igbere Secondary School Igbere, a pilot Secondary School in Bende LGA of Abia State.Despite challenges he got admission to the University of Calabar in 1995, where he obtained Diploma Social Work (1997) and B.Sc. Physics (2003). DonJosiah, S. Kalu is driven by unbridled passion for learning, acquiring, inspiring and impacting/sharing knowledge. His special areas of interest are; public health, safety, environment, entrepreneurship, family, science and concepts product design. Don as he is fondly called by friends and colleagues is married to Dr.(Mrs) Josiah, Sarah Okpa, the marriage is blessed with four smart kids, He is a System Analyst at the University of Calabar, Calabar Cross River State Nigeria. He loves to share his empirical observations and experiences, enterprise, expertise on charity, family, health, entrepreneurship, business, networking marketing and product design.
