EmailComfort Felix Aya is a lecturer 11 in the department of Agricultural Extension and Rural Sociology in the University of Calabar. She was employed in 2008 as an administrative staff but due to her interest in research she converted to academic staff. She holds a masters degree from the defunct department of Agricultural Economics and Extension which now split into the departments of Agricultural Economics and Agricultural Extension and Rural Sociology. Her area of specialization is on Community Development and her research interest centers on Community Development issues. Currently, her Ph.D thesis is on Community-based conflicts resolution strategies and socio-economic development of rural communities in Cross River State, Nigeria.
