About Dr. Christiana Chinyere Ihejiamaizu

Dr Christiana Ihejiamaizu graduated with a B.Sc (Ed) in Biology Education and obtained a Master's Degree and Ph.D. in Science Education from the University of Calabar, Calabar in 2004 and 2010 respectively. In the past 15 years, she has taught at both secondary and tertiary school levels. Dr Ihejiamaizu is currently a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Science Education, University of Calabar. She teaches undergraduate and graduate level courses in the area of methodology, biology, reproductive health and several other courses that undergraduate and post graduate students take. Dr Ihejiamaizu has held several positions including being an Academic Adviser, Examinations officer and Teaching Practice Coordinator at the Department of Science Education, in the Faculty of Education, University of Calabar as well as a Visiting Staff at the Cross River State University of Technology (CRUTECH). She has published several journal articles and book chapters in the field of Science Education
