EmailMr. Bisong, Daniel Bisong, a Lecturer at the Department of Public Administration, Faculty of Social Sciences University of Calabar and is currently a Ph.D student of the above named Department, with Public Policy as his area of specialization. He is at the moment, carrying out a research on "E-governance and Internally Generated Revenue in Nigeria: A Study of Cross River State Internal Revenue Service". He is also a Lawyer in training and a registered member of Nigeria Political Science Association (NPSA). He has participated in the two days International Seminar organised by the Institution of Public Policy and Administration (IPPA), University of Calabar in Collaboration with African Research Council for Sustainable Development, which was held between 8th-9th November, 2016; two conference papers presented during NPSA 32nd (Civil Society Organizations and Mitigation of Electoral Violence in Nigeria & Leadership Recruitment Process and the Travails of Democracy in Nigeria); he is also a participant in a one day workshop " Guide to Getting Publish" organised by Emerald Publishers in Collaboration with University of Calabar Library, that took place on 28th August, 2019 at the E- library. He has published two scholarly peer review articles: Impact Assessment of N-Power Scheme, a Study of Southern Senstoral District of Cross River State; and Alternative Approach to Security management in Nigeria (IIRAD, 2018): the Imperative for Community Policing for Crime control (IJHSS, 2019) .
