Mr. Augustine Akpan was employed as an academic staff into Institute of Public Policy and Administration, University of Calabar in March 13, 2013 as Research Assistance. He was upgraded to the rank of Research Fellow in 2019. Mr Akpan attended University of Calabar, Calabar where he was awarded a B.Sc. degree in Policy Studies and Administration in 2005. He also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Education and M.Ed. degree in Educational Administration and Planning obtained from the University of Calabar in 2010 and 2018 respectively. Mr Akpan has been teaching and researching in the Institute of Public Policy and Administration since joining the University. He has published some articles in international and local peer reviewed journals. Mr. Augustine Akpan has participated in many conferences and seminars within the University.
