About Dr. Paulina Mbua Anake

Dr Paulina Mbua Anake, started her primary education in the year 1973 at St.Benedict Primary School, Enyi Boje; Preceded for her Secondary Education in 1979-1984. NCE 1991 at federal College of education Obudu. She holds a B.Ed in Education Arts (English) 1995; M.Ed-2003 and Ph.d 2013 in Guidance and Counselling. An alumnus of the University of Calabar. Had a study fellowship in 2010-2014 from the University of Calabar in pursuit of her Ph.d Program. She is a lecturer in the Department of Guidance and counselling, a professional counsellor and a member of professional association and organization and also Exam officer, Teaching practice community member and departmental project and committee member. She has carried out counselling on family issues, career counselling in schools, pastoral counselling in churches and outreach on community services on issues affecting the family, society and school. She has authored and co- authored some books such as “Management and counselling of the aged, family, people and culture, program development and evaluation in Guidance and counselling and field trip”. She attended conference within and outside the country and has publish a number of scholarly articles in reputable learning journal.
