Mr Roland Okayi Ipuole joined the services of the University of Calabar, Calabar in 2012 as an Assistant Lecturer in the Faculty of Law. He was promoted to the rank of Lecturer II in 2016. He holds LL.B and LL.M degrees awarded by the University of Calabar in 2007 and 2016 respectively. In 2008, he went to the Nigerian Law School, Abuja Campus and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2009. He thereafter proceeded to serve his National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) in 2011. While in the employment of the university, he has been saddled with several responsibilities by the university and also served in various committees in the university. Roland is a member of many professional bodies including the Nigerian Bar Association and the Nigerian Association of Law Teachers. He has also authored some articles in renowned journals as well as contributed to chapters in books. He is a researcher and an active legal practitioner. .
