Dr (Mrs) Rebecca Enuoh is a seasoned management scholar. She has over the years, acquired unique skills in Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior and Corporate Social Responsibility. She obtained a B.Sc. degree in Banking and Finance in 1998 from University of Calabar, MBA in 2005 from University of Calabar, a Post Graduate Diploma in Research (Business and Management) in 2014 from University of Bradford, West Yorkshire, United Kingdom and a Ph.D degree in 2017 from University of Bradford, West Yorkshire, United Kingdom. While in England as a Ph.D student, she served as a student representative at the Staff/ Student Liaison meeting as well as a student representative at the Quality Assurance meeting with the Deputy Vice Chancellor for Research and Students’ matters. She joined the services of University of Calabar in 2005 as Assistant Lecturer. Dr Enuoh rose through the ranks and was promoted Senior Lecturer in October, 2016. Since joining the University, she has been teaching, mentoring, researching and by extension, contributing to the graduation of students in the University at all levels. She has successfully supervised and co-supervised graduate students comprising PhDs, M.Sc, MBA and Post Graduate Diploma in Management. Her major research areas include Human Resource Management, Corporate Social Responsibility, Organizational Behavior and Diversity Management. Dr Becky, as she is fondly called, also received the Institution-based Tertiary Education Trust Fund TETFUND Scholarship in 2012-2014 to undertake a PhD programme at the University of Bradford, West Yorkshire, United Kingdom. She equally benefitted from NDDC Scholarship (2014-2016) to complete the PhD programme. She has benefitted from the University of Calabar grant for conference attendance in Imperial College in 2015. She obtained a TETFUND grant for conference attendance in the University of Oxford, United Kingdom. She has served in various capacities such as Examinations Officer, Academic Adviser, CES Coordinator and Departmental Graduate Chair. She is a member of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria. She is happily married with children. .
