Mr. Patrick Johnson Mendie was employed as a Graduate Assistant on the 9th of July, 2014 after graduating with a second Class Honours degree in Philosophy at University of Calabar. He was promoted to the rank of Assistant Lecturer in 2016 after bagging a Master’s degree in Philosophy of Science from the University of Calabar in 2016. He is presently on Tertiary Education Fund (Tetfund) sponsorship at Lancaster University in the United Kingdom where he is undertaking a Doctorate programme in Thoughts Experiment. In 2013, Mr. Mendie emerged as the best graduating student in Philosophy department and the best graduating student in the Faculty of Arts. Before his further pursuit of knowledge in the United Kingdom, Mr. Mendie had taught Symbolic Logic, Philosophy of Science and Postmodernism to Undergraduate students. As a budding researcher, Mr. Mendie’s works spans through Philosophy of Science and Humanities which are evident in some of his Publications. He has attended several academic conferences where he presented scholarly papers to his credit..
