Otora, Osmond Agbor PhD was educated at University of Calabar, Calabar where he obtained his BA (Hons); MA (Maritime Defence and Security Studies) and PhD (International Boundaries and Borderlands). He had his primary and secondary education at Primary School, Okuni (1986 - 1988), Primary School, Kalime (1988 – 1990); and Government Secondary School (GOVISCO), Ikom, Cross River State (1990 - 1995). He has attended and presented papers in many academic conferences and has many publications in both local and foreign scholarly journals to his credit. .
