Dr. Joseph Chidi Ebegbulem holds a Bachelor’s Degree (Magna Cum Laude) in Political Science from Alabama State University, USA, A Master’s Degree in International Relations from the City College of the City University of New York and a Ph.D in International Relations from Ebonyi State University, Nigeria. He has taught at St. Catherine of Sienna School in New York, Adeniran Ogunsanya College of Education (Ikotun Centre), Lagos. Currently, Dr. Ebegbulem is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Political Science, University of Calabar, Nigeria. Dr. Ebegbulem who graduated as the best student in the Department of Political Science, Alabama State University, is a recipient of the prestigious National Dean’s Award (Who is Who in American Universities and Colleges) for Academic Excellence. He has over 40 publications in both local and international journals. He has published two (2) outstanding books in International Relations and Government, namely INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS: NIGERIA’S FOREIGN POLICY AND CONFLICT RESOLUTION IN AFRICA and GOVERNMENT AND POLITICS OF THE MODERN STATE, a book that has been acquired by many university libraries across the world, including Stanford University California, Michigan State University, North Western University Illinois, Ohio University and New York Public Library. Dr. Ebegbulem is a member of many academic Associations, including the Nigerian Political Science Association, the Nigerian Institute of International Affairs, the American Research Institute for Policy Studies, and Society for Peace Studies. He is a member of the Editorial Board of Journal of Education and Social Sciences (New York). .
