I have M.A from Ohio University, Altiens ,Ohio, ph.D in international Relations from Southern Illinois university, carbondale, IiIllinois, U.S.A. I was employed as lecturer II at the University of Calabar, in July 1, 1993, and have risen to the rank of professor. I have published many articles in international and local journal. i have also published four books, chapters in many books and edited many books. I am married with children..
