Mr. Sunday Egbe Idaka was employed as Assistant Lecturer into the Department of Accounting, University of Calabar, Calabar in 2017. He is a pragmatic and a knowledgeable Lecturer who believes in ensuring in-depth understanding of the concepts of each subject he teaches to enable the students compete with their peer-group in other institutions. He obtained a B.Sc. degree in Accounting from Cross River University of Technology, Calabar in 2010. He also holds M.Sc. degree in Accounting from University of Calabar, Calabar, in 2016. Finally, he is a holder of a Proficiency Certificate in Management obtained from the Nigeria Institute of Management in 2011. Mr Idaka is a member of Accounting and Finance Research Association. He has been teaching, researching and mentoring students in the University. He has publications in both international and local journals and has attended many conferences/seminars/workshops in which he presented papers. He has actively participated in many community development programmes such as: Evaluation Impact Assessment for NEWMAP, World Bank Group and Family and Community Life Re-orientation Programme. .
