Dr (Mrs) Glory Sunday Etim was employed in the Department of Marketing, Faculty of Management Sciences, University of Calabar as an assistant Lecturer in 2005, promoted to Lecturer II in 2008, Lecturer I in 2012 and Senior Lecturer in 2016 respectively. Glory Sunday Etim (Ph. D, M. Sc, M.BA, PGDE, B. Sc) specializing in Consumer Behaviour is currently the Acting Head of Marketing Department. Her Area of research interest include product and brand management, and International Marketing. She has over 13 years of collaborative academic teaching and research experience. She has taught and supervised several undergraduates (B. Sc) and a number postgraduate diploma (PGDM), Masters of Business Administration (M.BA) and Master of Science (M. Sc) Dissertations in the Department of Marketing. She has attended and presented papers at several conferences as well as capacity building workshops. Dr G.S Etim is a member of Nigeria’s foremost professional Marketing body, The National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN). She has held several appointments including; Examination Officer, Marketing C.E. S Coordinator (2012-2016), and also Member of Critical Mass Committee on HIV/AIDS, University of Calabar Chapter (2007 till date). She has been on a one-year sabbatical Leave to the Akwa Ibom State University where she was appointed Acting Head of Marketing Department. She has published fifteen (15) articles in foreign and six (6) articles in local reputable journals. Dr (Mrs) G.S Etim is happily married with Children. .
