Dr Gabriel Tanjo Abumbe is a seasoned and erudite scholar, innovative consultant and astute administrator, who is well-grounded in Political Science.He was engaged into the services of university of Calabar in February 2016 as Lecturer II. He obtained his Ph.D degree in International Relations from University of Uyo in 2015, M.Sc. degree in International Relations (2010), B.Sc. and MPA degrees in Public Administration from University of Calabar in 2001 and 2005 respectively, and PGDE from Usman Danfodio University, Sokoto in 2007.. Dr Abumbe specializes in Foreign Policy, Strategic Studies, Research Methodology and Political Theory. He has published in reputable journals at both locaal and international levels. He is a member of the Nigerian Political Science Association..
