Mr Imalele Edema Enogiomwan is an Assistant Lecturer of the Department of Zoology and Environmental Biology, Faculty of Biological Sciences, University of Calabar, Calabar, Nigeria. He holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Parasitology (2016) and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Animal and Environmental Biology (2010) from the University of Benin, Edo State, Nigeria. He is currently pursuing a doctorate degree in Parasitology in the University of Calabar, under the supervision of Professor Ekanem I. Braide. His teaching and research interest include parasitology and Neglected Tropical Diseases. He was employed as a graduate assistant in University of Calabar in 2017 and upgraded to the rank of assistant lecturer in the same year. He is currently the Assistant Secretary of the Faculty Research and Linkages Committee, Faculty of Biological Sciences, University of Calabar. He is also currently working on the impact of mass drug administration on the prevalence of schistosomiasis and soil-transmitted helminthiases in school-age children in Ogoja Local Government Area, Cross River State. .
