David Oboboho Egete,(Ph.D) a native of Ina Amissine Village in Egbizim Agwagune , Biase Local Government Area of Cross River State, Nigeria. He was born on the 13th May, 1969. He attended the following Schools: Sacred Heart Primary School, Agwagune, Biase L.G.A; St. Patrick’s Technical College Ugep, Yakurr L.G.A; University of Calabar of Cross River State and Ebonyi State University Abakaliki of Ebonyi State, respectively; a Graduate and obtained the following Qualifications: First School Leaving Certificate, General Certificate of Education \ Senior School Certificate, Technical Trade Test Certificate Grade one in Electrical (Industrial and Domestic work); Diploma, B.sc (Uncial), M.sc, and Ph. d (EBSU Abakaliki) all in Computer Science and he belong to some Professional body as follows: Member, Nigeria Computer Society (ncs), Fellow Institute of Corporate Administration (fica). He has served in several boards in difference capacity as Chairman and Member respectively and he was Chairman Senior Staff Association of Nigerian Universities (SSANU-UCB) University of Calabar Branch, also; as one time appointee to the Cross State Government. He was Assistant Chief Computer System Analyst and a Unit Head of e-library in the Department of System Development Division, University of Calabar Library and Now a lecturer in the Department of Computer Science, Faculty of Physical Science University of Calabar and happily married with childrens, and he is a devout Christian. .
