Mr. Ayuba Dauda

Mr. Ayuba Dauda is an Animal Scientist and Lecturer of Animal Breeding and Genetics at University of Calabar,Calabar Nigeria. He hold a bachelor degree in Agriculture (Hons) Animal Science from University of Maiduguri, 2012 and a Master of science in Animal Breeding and Genetics from University of Agriculture Makurdi, 2017 and successfully defended Ph.D in Animal Breeding and Genetics in University of Calabar 2021. He joined the services of the University of Calabar in 2016 as graduate assistant and He was upgraded to assistant lecturer in 2017 and was later regularized and confirmed his appointment in 2018 by the University. His current research includes molecular and quantitative genetics and genomics of livestock species including ruminant and non-ruminant animals. Mr Ayuba is an erudite scholar and a prolific writer and He had attended series of local conferences and had authored and coauthored over 51 journal article in reputable learned foreign and local journals. Mr Ayuba Dauda is happily married to Tabitha Ayuba Dauda and the marriage is blessed with two children..
