Mr. Francis Idiege Ahakiri is a seasoned and erudite scholar, innovative consultant and an astute accountant, who is well-grounded in Accounting- Taxation and Audit. He holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Accounting obtained from the University of Calabar in 2011 and 2016 respectively. He has published many articles in both locl and internal peer reviewed journals. Mr Ahakiri has also attended many conferences, symposia, seminars and workshops where he presented papers in areas of application of Accounting concepts and convention in recording of business transaction. In the course of his career, he had worked as a Cashier, Financial Adviser and as an Auditor with Intercontinental Bank (Access Bank), First Bank life and the University of Calabar respectively. He is currently a full time lecturer in the University of Calabar, Department of Accounting as well as a part time Lecturer with the Nigeria College of Accountancy Jos. (South-South Study Centre). He is a member of the Association of National Accountant of Nigeria (ANAN). He is happily married and blessed with Children..
