James Aboh was employed as a Graduate Assistant into the Department of History, University of Calabar, Calabar on November 8th, 2000. James Abor holds a PhD, M.A and Bachelor’s Degrees from the Department of History and International Studies University of Calabar. He is currently a Senior Lecturer and his specialty is Cultural History. He is a social activist, as a student he was the President of the students Union Government of the same University and graduated with one of the best Second Class Upper degree from the Department. As a staff, he was the Assistant Secretary of Academic Staff Union (ASUU), 2012-2016, Internal Auditor, 2016-2018 and he is currently the Treasurer of the Union (ASUU). James Aboh has supervised 3 Master’s Degree and several First Degree Students. He has over 20 Journal Articles. He is Married with Children..
