He is by name Ogar Raymond Ogbebe hailed from Utukwe village in Bekwarra Local Government Area of Cross River State. He obtained his FSLC and West African School Certificate respectively between 1992 a d 2002 both in Bekwarra LGA. He further bagged first degree certificate in special education in2006 and also bagged master’s in special education in 2017, specializing in educating the gifted and the talented learners. Presently he is a Ph.D student in the same department. He is presently Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Special Education, the appointment he took with the Department and the entire school since 2013 as graduate assistant. He attended conferences transverse the length and breadth of this country, also a member of National Association of Exceptional Children and also, Departmental ICT chairman. .
