Odoh Godwin Okechukwu-Ogenyi started his teaching career at Agape comprehensive college, Eha-Amufu, Enugu state between 2005-2012. He secured a job in 2012 in the University of calabar as a studio officer in the Department of Theatre and Media Studies now Theatre, Film and Carnival Studies. In September 2017, he was converted to academic staff and transferred to the Department of Mass Communication and Digital Media, university of Calabar as an Assistant lecturer. Goddy as he is fondly called started his primary school at community school Amaezu from 1973-1978. Thereafter, he secured admission in Nnobi High School, Nnobi in 1979 graduating in 1984. For his university education, he gained admission in Mass Communication Delta state university, Abraka, Nigeria in 1999 and graduated in 2004 with second class upper division. In 2006 he trained in computer operations and general application. He equally enrolled in Ebonyi state university Abakaliki for his masters degree programme in 2009 in the same discipline which he rounded off in 2017. He has attended many conferences like Theatre and Media Studies in the 3rd millennium (2015) Globalization And Democratic Values in Africa. Perspectives in the Humanities (2016). The Arts/Humanities: Past, Presents and Future (2018) He has published scholarly paper in a peer review journal and contributed to a chapter of a book. Odoh, Godwin trained intensively to pursue and develop a professional career in a dynamic institution offering media courses where a conducive atmosphere is provided for staff. He seeks to contribute optimally toward the institutions goal through hard work, and loyalty to leadership. He is married with children. .
